Group Classes

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently not offering in-person group classes

We are, however, offering virtual classes via Google Classroom to accommodate our priority of keeping everyone safe until gathering restrictions are lifted.
A maximum of eight participants (partners included) will be registered for each session at a price of $45 per session/per couple.
Classes will be 2 hours in length and will focus on pre-determined topics, such as Prenatal Care, Birth Planning, Labour Comfort Measures and Techniques, Postpartum Infant Care (to name a few).
You can register for all sessions individually. A 15% discount will be applied to the third class registered for and any additional classes within a 6 month period.
Group discussions will be encouraged throughout the classes and time for a general Q&A will be scheduled for the end of each class.
